Clerk (m/f/d) Transport Logistics

Tasks

  • Organization and handling of daily truck traffic.

  • Coordination of arrival times with the loading and unloading team as well as dispatch.

  • Checking the delivered goods and checking for completeness.

  • Creating and managing documents accompanying goods, such as delivery notes and freight documents.

  • Control and preparation of the necessary transport documents

  • Inventory control and management in various merchandise management systems, e.g. loading lists, inventory lists, etc.

  • Creation of reports on incoming and outgoing goods flows as well as statistics to optimize processes.

  • If necessary, carrying out weighing processes and recording the weight and checking the load in terms of axle load and total weight.

 

Profile

  • Friendly demeanor

  • Punctuality

  • Advanced knowledge of Outlook and Excel

  • SAP knowledge advantageous

  • Willingness to work in a two-shift system (7 a.m. to 4 p.m. and 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.)

  • Language skills German, French, English, Russian advantageous

  • Previous knowledge of logistics/freight forwarding is advantageous

  • Completed training in one of the following professions: Commercial/Kffr. For forwarding and logistics services or specialists in warehouse logistics or business/company. for office management with a focus on logistics

Tasks

  • Monitoring and ensuring the quality of welding work in accordance with applicable standards and regulations.

  • Technical advice and support for the production team on welding-related issues.

  • Creation and testing of welding instructions.

  • Carrying out welding procedure tests and assisting in the selection of suitable welding procedures and materials.

  • Coordination and monitoring of audits.

  • Training and instruction of welding specialists in our company

 

profile

  • Completed further training as a welding specialist.

  • Experience in welding, ideally in an industrial or production environment.

  • Solid knowledge of various welding processes (MIG, MAG).

  • Confident handling of standards and technical regulations.

  • Knowledge of German, both written and spoken, knowledge of English is an advantage.
